At SiteCreators customer satisfaction is our main priority!  Each of SiteCreators services carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of usage you will be given a full refund of the monthly fees excluding setup fees, add-ons, overages, or SiteCreators domain registration services. Setup fee will be retroactively charged if waived or discounted in the original charge. Setup fees are only refundable if the account order is canceled prior to activation. You must call our Billing Department at (951) 461-7011 within the first 30 days following activation.

After 30 days, accounts may be cancelled with a 30 day written notice. In the event you have not fulfilled the entire term of your contract (yearly or quarterly plans) the hosting fees will be recalculated at the monthly rate and full refund will be given for the unused portion of the contract.
